When I am in Haifa, I like staying here. All in all, it's pleasant place that has very welcoming and pleasant staff on the reception desk. The twin room overlooks the bay and includes an electric kettle and fridges. The authentic restaurant in the hotel is pleasant for dinner...

During my stay, I enjoyed the amazing view of Haifa Bay from my room, which was a highlight of my trip. The breakfast was really good, providing a great start to my day, and the location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, like the Baha'i Gardens and the Mane Katz Museum, just a short walk away. It was a pleasant experience but keep in mind the parking situation can be a bit inconvenient.

Large and savoury breakfast, fairly clean and wonderful small hotel. Very efficient service offered, well-equipped and beautifully decorated room with decent level and till Acco and which are renovated. Magnificent location close to subway. Authentic restaurant with tasty cuisine.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Superior Double or Twin Room. The room was small but renovated. The shower had lucid walls for a great view of the bay while showering. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Staff at the front desk were very professional and cute, especially Ariel.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was superb and the Chinese restaurant in the hotel was fantastic.
The room that we received was clean but very run down. There are supposedly refurbished rooms in the hotel with wifi but not our room.
